What Is Story Quest?
This four-episode podcast mini-series guides students through the fundamentals of narrative writing. Teachers receive printable graphic organizers to help students brainstorm, write, and revise their original story. Every child receives a personal note of support from the Story Pirates, plus a custom bonus episode made exclusively to celebrate the writing of each classroom.
Classes receive 4 weeks of narrative writing lessons in the form of hilarious mini-podcasts created by the makers of the world-famous Story Pirates Podcast. Each lesson can be completed in one-class period
Students use graphic organizers to outline and write their original stories
Teachers send each student’s story to Story Pirates who read and respond to every story with a personalized note of encouragement
6 to 8 weeks later, classes will receive a surprise final episode, custom made for each classroom!
